This is an exciting project for Unique to be involved in and has so many possibilities to transform a complete derelict building into something to really be proud of and offer the local village additional housing.

 

Although this property comes with a lot of obstacles, Unique thrive on finding solutions and will continue to work with the Architect and local planning to find the best outcome.
